Περίληψη:	The aim of the presentation and the post-doc research is to approach and analyse a specific category of tax rules, the general anti-abuse rules or general anti-avoidance rules (GAARs) within the frame of the Greek public law and, more specifically, their functionality within the system of the Greek tax, constitutional and administrative law. GAARs is a category of tax rules of great importance in the framework of the modern internationalized tax environment and play a significant role in the ongoing developments in the field of tax law worldwide. The research aims to highlight their mission from a Greek legal order perspective.
