Περίληψη:	In this paper we aim to discuss the repercussions of Greek financial crisis of 2010 to the economic condition of 90’s Greek repatriates from the FSU countries, which led to a re-migration either to previous places of residence, either to new destinations. According to the results of our ongoing researches, the need for survival or capital accumulation, essential for family reproduction, engendered new or reactivated older networks based on kinship, friendship or national belonging, beyond borders. Our main argument is that the Greek crisis, even if it is not represented as a “rupture” in people’s narratives like the transition from soviet to post-soviet era has been, led repatriated Greeks to re-migrate and choose more stable economic environments for their living. From those who conserved a real estate property or even family ties in their previous residencies in (soviet) Russia and Georgia, to those who preferred western Europe and Germany particularly, for work or studies, re-migrating out of Greece is a reality not-based only in strict economic purposes, but as a chance for Greek post-soviet migrants to create new networks and to re-activate older ones, re-considering at once their experience in Greece, and thus their “Greekness”. Our research is based on a series of life narratives, collected through interviews in Thessaloniki, Greece,as well as Abkhazia and the Russian Federation, however it is enriched by extensive fieldwork in one of the most prominent FSU entrepreneur’s company, as well as bibliographical research.
